Quilting Progress
July of 2023 I decided to learn quilting. Starting small I learned how to make half square triangles and made a tiny quilt with that. I than moved to to upping the size while keeping the quilt top very simple. then combing the size and skill I learn from my first quilt I completed a version of a Sawtooth Star quilt.
Sawtooth Star Quilt
For this quilt I just set out to make half square triangles on a larger scale than my first quilt. As I finished each step I came up with new ways to increase the size of the quilt. with the finished stars I than used my scrap fabric to connect all the larger pieces together.
